Client Billing Manager/Supervisor ( Institutional Investments)-Midtown, Manhattan



There are two positions, the attachment is for the more Senior position which is "Client Billing Manager" goes to total comp of $125K with the breakdown 100-110K base + Bonus to = $125K. They are a younger vibrant environment , need to be sharp and have strong communication skills



Using the template for the Client Billing Manager, the other position is Client Billing Supervisor which is a HANDS ON position reporting to the manager. The total comp for the Supervisor is in the $100K total comp range.

They want to hire ASAP, Should be a 3 interview process



TITLE: Client Billing Manager




SUMMARY:
Responsible for Management of the entire billing process which includes the preparation of monthly and quarterly invoices, monthly revenue accruals, and related accounts receivable functions for NY Global Investors subsidiaries.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

" Manage staff of three professionals
" Responsible for preparing and booking monthly revenue accruals
" Preparing and reviewing quarterly, monthly, off cycle, and annual management fees invoices for over 300 domestic and international accounts

" Prepare and review performance accounts
" Ensure procedures are set up to calculate new account accruals and invoices
" Loading and maintaining invoices in Bonaire Billing System.
" Assisting General Ledger and Portfolio Management Group in the special projects
" Responding to internal client calls/inquires
" Prepare monthly management reports



QUALIFICATIONS:
" BA/S degree required, preferred in Finance.
" Strong math & communication skills.
" Attention to detail essential.
" 2 years Experience in a financial services firm
" 5-7 years experience in Billing.
" Proficiency in Excel for Windows required.
" Experience with PeopleSoft and Bonaire Preferred
" Be able to work on a variety of tasks under stressful, deadline-oriented conditions.
" Good analytical skills.

Aggressive, sharp, well spoken familiar with Basis Points, Cash Flows, IMA, Fee Language,etc.
