Client Administrator - Banking Industry

A top, global finance company has an opening for a Client Administrator to provide support to the High Net Worth team. Responsibilities include: opening and maintaining client accounts, monitoring account activity including trades, cash flow, debits, margins etc., providing customized reporting analysis, regular and proactive contact with clients regarding all documents, LOAs, trade activity, transfers, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have clean and current Series 7 and 63 licenses. Preferably 1-3 years client service experience in a financial setting. Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with financial and marketing databases.
