Client Accounting Coordinator

Project AccounantThe company is a division of one of the worlds largest advertising conglomerates that has offices all over the world. An example of clients they represent include Coca-Cola, Levi's, Miller Lite and numerous other blue chip brands. The company is over 60 years old and is very established as a market leader in its field.
The Project Accountant will partner with the Client Services team to manage and ensure the financial integrity of client projects. Responsibilities include the following: manage and ensure client profitability; revenue recognition and oversee client billing using Oracle's project accounting modules; work with the Finance Director and Finance Manager on various financial analyses and reporting of financial data.

REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree with 2-5 years experience. Strong customer service focus coupled with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Knowledge of all areas of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger. Experience with Word, Excel and e-mail a must. Financial analysis, reporting and Oracle Financials a plus.
