Kelly Services has full time temporary opportunities and temp-to-hire positions with a north side financial services company! This is a growing, financially stable and reputable company that has immediate openings!


As a Financial Client Account Representative you will be corresponding with customers by phone, in writing and by e-mail regarding their mutual fund/stock porfolios and account transactions.


Requiring:


* Basic to intermediate clerical skills
* Good correspondence and data entry skills
* Excellent grammar and punctuation
* Clear written and verbal communication.
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to navigate through multiple programs.
* Must be able to work in team as well as independently
* Excellent time management skills
* Attention to detail along with problem solving skills
* Desire to learn - grown and join our successful team


Work hours are Monday-Friday until 6:30pm and will require you to work every other Saturday. Exact hours will be scheduled once training is completed.
