We are looking for a Chinese Speaking Stockbroker in our Asian Pacific Department in St. Louis, MO.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Under the Manager's close supervision, respond to inquiries from both new and existing investment account holders; assist clients with figuring account balance, buying power of securities investment, free cash position for their investment margin account

Answer account holder net equity position, accrued credit interest from money market and debt interest from; margin loan, margin ratio for different investment products, and minimum account maintenance requirement

Assist customers in navigating Scottrade’s on line trading system

Coordinate with branch offices to send out necessary paperwork for client completion.

Assist branch offices in offering Chinese client services support

Establish accounts for new customers

Execute trades in an accurate and professional manner

Provide stock quotes and news to customers

Perform follow up duties on any problems arising from paperwork for a customer

Follow up on pending ACATS transfers in and any delayed paperwork

Contact new customers to give them their new account number

Assist branch offices to provide customer service for all aspects of account maintenance.

Assist Internet customers and answer any technical questions about Scottrade.com

Take lead information from potential customers and discuss the type of account paperwork needed with customer. Open accounts over the phone for qualified market orders

Other projects/duties as assigned.
