Position Summary

Unitus Community Credit Union is seeking an executive to serve as their Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to planning, directing and controlling the organizations’ overall financial plans and policies, accounting practices, investment activities, driving revenue and deposits and interacting with regulatory bodies in order to achieve superior internal customer service and return to its members. This individual must ensure alignment with the strategic direction of the credit union in addition to the organization’s overall fiscal operating results and development of planning while ensuring integrity of the credit union’s financial records and information. This person is also responsible for facility projects. Successful candidate will also serve as the financial expert by counseling management on fiscal control and overall financial results for their areas of responsibility.

Compensation

A compensation package consisting of base salary and benefits will be structured to meet the needs of the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of seven years of extensive finance and management experience with a history of progressive responsibilities within a financial services organization coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor degree required. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
