Cash Management Analyst

Job Summary:
This position will be the primary backup for the cash management daily activities. Interaction will be primarily with Treasury personnel and bank representatives. This position will be primarily responsible for corporate bank account Administration and bank fees.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Will learn the daily cash management function (wire transfers, bank transfers) which ensures that all bank accounts are properly funded.
Open/Close all corporate bank accounts and maintain database of active accounts.
Track, analyze and approve bank fees using bank software. Will correspond with bank representatives.
Assist banking personnel with banking related questions, requests and special projects.
Cross-train an excel based forecasting models and database tracking letters of credit.Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.Experience: 1 - 3 years prior work experience, preferably in accounting/finance.Specialized Knowledge: Must be very proficient in excelSkills: Strong analytical, organizational, oral/written communication skills.
