The Campaign Implementation Coordinator assists in the coordination, implementation and production of marketing campaigns produced and inserted with the monthly billing and escrow statements.  Serve as a liaison between internal departments and printer vendor.  Perform monthly validation of billing and escrow statement marketing to ensure accuracy and quality.  Update department website with information on current marketing campaigns, marketing calendar and campaign development forms.  Compile and distribute MIS / post-campaign analysis to internal departments and senior management as appropriate.  Participate in monthly vendor performance reviews.  Ensure campaigns are implemented according to the marketing calendar, are within projected budget and are delivered on schedule. Manages print and statement vendor relationships. 

 

The Campaign Implementation Coordinator communicates with Marketing department to ensure customer communication objectives are achieved.  Provides regular analysis of service levels for vendor performance and completes campaign-related incident reports.  Manage off site file retention.

REQUIREMENTS


Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Strong verbal communications skills. Must effectively communicate and present information on marketing efforts to various internal and external marketing partners.

Ability to identify and resolve issues.

Strong interpersonal skills are needed in order to build collaborative relationships.

Must be able to work independently and take a leadership role on projects.

Detail oriented.

Above average skills in MS Office and Access programs.

Knowledge of Citicorp goals, organizational structure, operational procedures, lending criteria and administrative policies.
