Job Description: Sales and service for the new bank product. Cultivating prospects with setting the stage of product overview in phone conversations with businesses and setting appointments for the Business Development Officers (BDO) to meet and provide a demonstration of product to prospect.Job Duties:
Outbound phone calls to businesses pitching product feature benefits to set appts for BDO( 80% of calls)
Answer inbound calls stemming from media and print ads – prospects calling for initial product information (20 % of calls)
Document call / prospect contact / outcome / follow up in excel or other database system
Set appts for BDO’s for in person meetings using Outlook (please be conscience of the appt location and travel time between meetings, bundle appts when able)FNBA is looking to hire up to four new employees on a temporary basis. REQUIREMENTS
Excel knowledge a must – XP and Office 2000
MS Outlook
Data entry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sales ability – via phone – must have telemarketing experience
Technology Savvy / with financial process understanding
