Our mission at U.S. Bank 24-Hour Banking and Financial Sales is to create satisfied, loyal and boastful customers. Our Telephone Personal Bankers are responsible for providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems. Personal Bankers are also responsible for building customer relationships through a needs-only based sales incentive plan via inbound service requests. As a Personal Banker with U.S. Bank, you will::

Provide high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems.

Cross sell products and services or refers customers to appropriate sales staff.

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of all bank products and services applicable to target customer segment as well as general U.S. Bancorp information required to answer customer questions.Positions Available
Part time and Full time positions available. 2nd shift positions available between the hours of 2pm-Midnight. Shifts include working Saturday, off Sunday.
Pay and Benefits
Starting pay is between $11.00-13.00/hr with unlimited sales incentive potential and fantastic employee perks which include 6% differential for late shift includes parking pass 10% differential for Spanish and English calls;
Tuition Reimbursement; Full Benefits for employees (30+ hours) ECO Pass Program.
Fully paid training - must be available for 1 month's training beginning at 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. dailyJob Requirements
While we expect that you’ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require:

Good problem solving and negotiation skills as well as the ability to handle difficult customer calls

Minimum of 1 1/2 years of customer service experience.

Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software, familiarity with various software applications.

Effective selling cross selling, and referral skills.

Commitment to high quality customer service.

Strong verbal communication skills
