Call Center/Loan Servicing Specialist

Our client located in Kearny Mesa, a provider of home financing and service mortgage loans throughout the nation is in need of 3 Loan Servicing Specialists!

Sunday-Thursday
12:00am-9:00am
3rd Shift
$16.85/hr


Training class starts Monday, September 25th!

Responsibilities:

Analyze and explain detailed mortgage loan information to customers in a call center environment while remaining positive, non-confrontational and professional at all times
Performs early counseling initiatives for accounts up to 30 days delinquent utilizing telephone systems for both inbound and outbound calls
The Customer Care Account Manager must quickly identify problems and provide effective solutions that best meet the needs of our customers
Research, problem analysis, customer follow-up and written correspondence
Provides knowledgeable and friendly telephone customer service assistance to our borrowers in a call center environment
REQUIREMENTS
Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree
Special skills/competencies required
Strong analytical skills
Ability to think strategically
Capable of formulating tactics based on overall strategy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Asset management and customer service focused
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience
