Collect on our automotive installment loans. We have opportunities to collect on both delinquent accounts or charged off accounts. In addition we would be interested in speaking with Individuals with skip tracing experience and skills

Excellent telephone communication skills & PC experience is required. This position will work with dialing system and manual list of delinquent customer accounts. If you have good communication skills, negotiation skills, and a willingness to work hard, this is a great job opportunity to for you and earn great pay.

Full time hours; Monday - Friday with three evenings until 10:00 p.m., one 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and one 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. shift

Tuesday - Saturday with two evenings until 10:00 p.m. with one 8:00 -5:00 p.m., one 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. shift and a Friday work schedule until 5:00 p.m. & off Saturday & Sunday.

Part Time Evening and Weekend Hours are available for candidates who can participate in an initial training for a 2 week period with 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. hours)

Prior Call Center or Collections Experience (preferred - not required)

Great communication skills and enthusiastic phone presence (required)

Data entry skills - 20 words per minute or better (required)
