CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

QC Financial Services, Inc., a growing consumer lending company is looking for an energetic, positive:

PART-TIME Customer Service Representative

to join the team in one of our store locations in VANCOUVER. This is an entry-level position.

Must be available to work 20 - 28 hours a week, including Saturdays.

We are looking for individuals with a strong customer focus, work ethic and team players!

Job duties include:

conducting customer transactions,
assisting with collections on past due loans, and
ensuring loans are in compliance with company and federal, state, and local laws.
some administrative tasks as assigned.

If you have strong customer service skills, and experience in banking, retail, rent-to-own, consumer lending, or collections - we want to talk to you!
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have:

strong customer service skills,
Bilingual skills a plus,
previous payday loans experience,
cash handling experience,
experience in collections,
retail or restaurant service experience,
reliable transportation,
and be able to work with minimal supervision.
