CU Sales Associate

Countrywide University Sales AssociateThe chosen candidate will be required to complete a 10-12 week comprehensive training program in preparation for placement in our loan production department within our production divisions. This will involves completing a 4-5 week on-the-job assignment.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, Communications, Liberal Arts, Psychology or other related non-technical discipline, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation, selling and customer service skills.

Presentation and organizational skills.

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Interpersonal skills and financial aptitude.

Flexible approach to a fast-changing work environment

Ability to relocate as necessary.

Sales or customer service experience a plus.
