This position performs teller and merchant duties while providing outstanding customer service.
Assists Branch Manager/Officer with various non-customer related duties.
Assists Branch Manager/Officer in various operational duties.
Balances cash daily.
Cross-sells Comerica products and services.
Assists Branch in achieving sales goals and makes referrals to other departments.
Ensures exceptional customer service within the Branch, both in person and on the phone.
Will work a flexible schedule.QUALIFICATIONS:
6 months customer service experience.
6 months telephone experience
6 months cash handling experience
6 months retail sales experience
