CREDIT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsible for working with Controller in establishing credit and collections policies and procedures. Approving credit limits for a nationwide network of distributors and communicating these policies and procedures to the distributors. Closely monitoring orders, shipments and receivables for potential problems and resolution of any problems discovered. Doing invoicing. Handling Letters of Credit. Some General Accounting duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of three years credit and collections experience or combination of experience and education.
Some college level accounting courses are desirable. Associates Degree or higher is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills required in working with Distributors to resolve credit or other related issues that may occur.
Must be fully proficient in excel and word.
Experience with Letters of Credit is highly desired.
