Essential Duties (Major responsibilities of this position)

95% Handles collection phone calls on past due accounts (1 - 30 days delinquent or low risk) in accordance with corporate policy and objectives.

Completes appropriate system documentation.

Handles in-coming collection calls from customers and provides problem resolution as necessary.

Maintains effective communication within the collection department.



5% Performs other duties/activities as assigned and/or requested.

REQUIREMENTS


Minimum Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College work a plus.

1+ years previous work experience with previous auto dialer experience preferred.

General knowledge of customer service, consumer finance, and collection process helpful with knowledge of Mosaix/Auto Dialer and CACS system a plus.

Proficient on PC using various software programs.

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and negotiate effectively.



Physical Requirements: Majority of time spent in routine office environment.
