RESPONSIBLE FOR TAX REPORTING, TAX PLANNING AND COMPLIANCE FUNCTION
MUST KNOW REIT'S W/CMO & REMIC

TAX MANAGER - $90-100K/YEAR + 20% Y/E BONUS
Reports directly to VP Tax

VP TREASURER - up to $200K/yr + 20% Y/E BONUS
REQUIREMENTS
VP/TAX - MUST HAVE CPA + MASTERS IN TAXATION- MIN 5 YRS. TAX exp in a financial environment-REIT exp. and REMIC

TAX MANAGER - MUST HAVE MIN 4 Yrs. Exp.

VP TREASURER - MUST HAVE MIN. 8 YRS. EXP
