Full Job Title: Business & Planning Analyst 3 Skills Management Title Business AnalysisJob Level: EXEMPTBusiness Component: Integrated Defense Systems (IDS)Job Description: Primary financial point of contact on the new Multi-Mission Aircraft (MMA) program. Develops and implements advanced business analysis concepts, techniques, standards and new applications based on professional principles and theories. Synthesizes information based on experience and judgment to arrive at optimum solutions to problems involving both internal and external customers. Develops, implements, and maintains a cohesive financial program plan that integrates all activities required to plan and support the MMA program. These activities include but are not limited to: develop, integrate, analyze, document, and present complex strategic business and financial plans, reports, EACs, Op Plans and Forecasts. Uses historical and forecast data and performs trend analysis, variance analysis and risk assessments. Leads program reviews to meet contractual requirements. Adapts integrated planning and scheduling techniques and processes utilizing Cost, Schedule, Planning and Reporting (CSPR). Provides development and implementation of earned-value management systems as required. Works extensively with the IFMS (PeopleSoft) system, CSPR, Integrated Financial Planning System (IFPS), project reporting, and collecting of data. Competencies Successful applicant must possess the following skills: 1) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with intermediate or higher skills in Excel. 2) A thorough understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) theory, techniques and processes with current experience in CSPR. 3) Current experience in the development and presentation of Estimate at Completion (EAC) packages.
