Business Development Representative
This position provides the opportunity to earn unlimited compensation based on the ability to develop creative sales strategies. This sales position requires an applicant that is disciplined and self-motivated in order to generate new business in a highly competitive market. The primary function of this position is to generate new deposits, fee income, and cross-sales to mid-size businesses and non-profit organizations. Applicants must have proven sales experience in an active sales/business development role. Responsibilities include: cold call telemarketing, networking in the community and developing relationships with Attorneys, CPAs, and other community influencers. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and referral sources is mandatory. Organizational and time management skills are required, as are excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The ability to work independently while also being part of a team is a necessity.
Requires a college degree or equivalent work experience. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
