Business Deposit Consultant

Exciting prospects for ambitious sales professionals. The BDC identifies, acquires, and grows new business deposit balances, and explores business relationship opportunities with businesses who have revenues between $2MM-$20MM. Prospects new business by consulting with small business owners to provide financial solutions including Treasury/Cash Management products. Partners with Commercial Loan Officers and other business partners to offer credit responsibility opportunities to bring over the entire deposit relationship. This position pays a base salary plus a highly leveraged incentive compensation plan. Our UNCAPPED Compensation Plan pays for business development results. Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Minimum 3 years business-to-business sales. Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations. Knowledge of business finances, as demonstrated through an understanding of small business operations and financial consulting. Possesses excellent skills in developing interpersonal relationships, as well as presenting and communicating products. Proficient in Windows based software. Flexible, tenacious, and resilient.
* Preferred Skills:A college or university degree (finance or business major) is preferred. Bilingual skills a plus.
