Relationship management duties include providing for commercial credit needs up to $15 million, customer acquisition, customer retention, risk management and cross-selling the Bank's products (cash management, leasing and investments. Manages P&L associated with the portfolio, including loan grading, loan pricing, pay/return decisioning.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent work experience is required. 9-12 months commercial credit training 7+ years Business Banking Relationship Manager experience or related business lending experience are a must. Must have a strong knowledge of credit products and processes The ability to cross-sell products, and proven sales and product expertise with business clients Be able to handle complex problems independently.
