Business Banking Relationship Manager

Maintains a high level of client satisfaction while generating, managing and servicing a portfolio of clients. Responsible for generating, retaining and expanding lending, investment and deposit relationships with new and existing clients. Develops, generates and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals. Responsible for sales, self management, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, applicant interviewing, and perceptive character judgment. Clients usually have less than $10 million in annual sales and under $500 thousand in credit needs. Is familiar and complies with applicable company policies and all banking regulations including, but not limited to BSA, USA Patriot/CIP requirements, AML and other regulations. Other duties as assigned.

Bus Banking Relationship Mgr I, X22 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 4+ years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of credit associated lending, financial strategy and customer development.

Bus Bank Relationship Mgr II, X23 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 6+ years of directly related experience. Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of credit associated lending, financial strategy and customer development.
