The Business Banking Officer will develop and implement new business acquisition and deepen existing customer relationships through segment based sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets in an assigned geography. Utilize servicing as a means of cross-sell and relationship development. Execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies that are in alignment with the Business Banking plan to achieve desired revenue and service hurdles. Maintain frequent interaction with centers of influence, targeted industry segments, community leaders, and key business contacts.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful track record in sales and relationship management. Experience in business banking. BA or equivalent strongly preferred. Knowledge of Commercial Credit products (credit trained a plus). Strong sense of urgency to achieve and exceed goals. Highly effective communication and influencing skills. Strong analytic skills and ability to rapidly assimilate complex information. Series 6, 63, Life & Health licenses desired, or the ability to obtain all within 60 days of employment.
