Business Bankers needed in West St. Paul, Arden Hills and Woodbury:
Responsibilities include marketing business loans, assessing loan needs, and negotiating loan structure and pricing. Degree in business/finance is required with at least 3 years of commercial lending experience. Preferred candidates will have thorough knowledge of commercial lending practices and concepts, and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principals, including the analysis of financial statements.
Credit Analysts needed in Arden Hills and Lakeville:
Responsibilities include collection and analysis of financial information, annual credit reviews, field exams, collateral control and loan accounting. Preferred candidates will have two years of credit analysis experience and a degree in business finance or accounting. Qualified candidates will possess excellent analytical skills and a
strong knowledge of spreadsheet software.
