Business Banker

Responsible for actively seeking and selling banking products to Business clients and prospects. Through direct solicitation, seeks opportunities to sell business products. Concentrates on developing new Business loans, obtaining loan fees, and cross selling a variety of business banking products. Identifies other business and personal cross sell opportunities and makes referrals to branches and to appropriate lines of businesses. Answers customer questions and participates in closings.
REQUIREMENTS
Incumbents typically possess 3 - 5 years lending and sales experience.
Experienced selling and servicing customers purchasing traditional banking products.
Must have the proven ability to sell.
Regularly exceeds stated loan, fee income, and product sales thresholds/goals established in the Business Banking Incentive Plan.
