Responsibilities:

The group seeks to hire Business Analysts to work improving process and projects. Suitable candidates should be naturally curious, passionate about solving business problems through high-quality solutions, and be someone who can demonstrate flexibility in meeting the needs of a challenging, fast-paced business environment. Capable of working within a team or as a sole contributor as required, able to both drive the process and accept direction, as the situation demands.
Analysts can expect an intense experience working closely with senior bankers, experts from other groups and clients. On a daily basis analysts are called upon to analyze data, generate ideas, and solve problems. Analysts are typically assigned to several teams and must work efficiently to balance the tasks and deadlines of simultaneous financings and/or tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

·BA/BS/MS/MBA
·Fixed income expertise, ideally with strong knowledge in Structured Credit Derivatives or Mortgage/ ABS products
·Mortgages / Credit experience
·Professional training in artifacts related requirements gathering and test cases
·Excellent organizational and communications skills
·Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
·Ability to multi-task and work independently
·Proven experience in a fast paced, demanding environment
·Positions are based in Downtown New York and London
