Business Analyst III (Sr.)

As a Senior Business Analyst employee, you will be responsible for developing functional specifications for ProfitStars risk management products with a particular focus on integration with JHA core products. You will also be providing subject matter expertise across a range of financial operational risk management areas that pertain to JHA's core products.
REQUIREMENTS
BS in a computer information management field or equivalent working experience

2+ years experience with JHA's Silverlake product, especially in operational areas dealing with identifying and resolving transaction exceptions, is a must.

4+ years experience with financial operational risk management processes preferred.

Experience with other JHA core and complementary systems a strong plus

2+ years experience with data modeling techniques

Experience with Quality Assurance processes and tools a plus

Involvement with the delivery and support of products to external customers a strong plus

Team player, able to take direction but also motivated to provide input and guidance when requested.

Willingness to *drive for results* which may require extra hours to meet project and customer needs.

Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to convert incomplete customer requirements into functional requirements for a product design

Ability to multi-task and switch priorities in a dynamic development environment.

Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
