Business Analyst I

Researches and compiles business and financial information for the Corporate Employment department. Reviews, reconciles and analyzes information to support performance management and change initiatives. Develops measurement tools, monitors results and prepares and ensures that the reporting accurately reflects the performance of the department.

Participates in team projects and contributes to workflow process modeling, technology system requirements definitions and testing, problem solving and solution design.
Job Requirements
Demonstrated analytical skills, proficiency with advanced MicroSoft Office Suite. Must be expert user in Access & Excel. Additionally, successful candidates will demonstrate experience with change, attention to detail, effective approaches to problem solving and strong planning and organizational skills.
