Business Analyst - Business Process

We seek multiple individuals from mid to senior level Business Process Consultants. These roles are part of the Enterprise Business Process Management (EBPM) Group. Responsible for project leadership activities related to various business process initiatives throughout the corporation. These positions will be responsible for executing the day to day project management for multiple concurrent EBPM team engagements. Includes: develop and manage detailed work plan to produce ‘as is’ Business Processes current state, Re-mapping of process developing and producing the ‘future’ state and producing gap analysis and associated roadmap/project plan deliverables; provide day to day direction to business analysts; facilitate information gathering and validation sessions; identify and define process metrics; define project scope and approach; produce executive status reporting and executive presentations. The job requires business process and/or operational knowledge, in addition to strong project management skills.

Minimum Job Requirements
5+ years business process/project management experience, with 2+ years managing multiple large scale business process assessment and implementation projects
Ability to develop project scope and approach
Experienced in Business Process Analysis Methodology
Prepare and present to executive level stakeholders
Experience in linking complex business requirements to long term technology solutions
Strong project management skills including ability to manage project deliverables, develop WBS, develop resource plan, develop estimates
Facilitate large group meetings
Ability to gain support for process improvement and need for change
Proficiency in MS Office suite of products including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Visio a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels of the organization, from front line staff to executive management
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Job Requirements:
Big 4 consulting experience (or equivalent)
Ability to manage competing priorities
Leadership role on multiple business process re-engineering projects
Previous banking/financials experience
3+ years business process or operations experience
