Liaison between Business partners and Business Technology
Attend Business Staff meetings
Coordinate Move/Add/Changes for the Business
Communicate Application changes
Ensure Business is following DFS BT Standards
Participated in RRT / PIRS that impact Business
Support End User Support and Change Management processes
Asset Coordinator
Ensure all equipment is tagged and logged in Asset Center
Ensure accuracy of asset and audit controls
Ensure software licenses are compliant
Maintain safe and clean storage/prep areas
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Job Specific:
Call Center experience a must
Merchant Servicing experience a plus
Business Technology
Experience with Service Center
Experience with ACD systems
Hours will include some evenings and weekends
Knowledge and skills associated with a college education, college degree preferred
