Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will provide full administrative and operational support to several Financial Advisors. Responsibilities will include: processing client applications, distributions, analysis, maintenance and reconciliation of accounts; special projects; running/preparing various financial reports and creating and updating spreadsheets; providing account information to Financial Advisor’s; problem solving; maintaining files; and preparing correspondence and documents for clients. Position requires the ability to accurately process paperwork within specific time sensitive constraints. Must be self-motivated to meet deadlines and have the ability to utilize a logical approach for analytical research.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years of directly related experience. Will consider additional years of experience in lieu of a Degree.

NASD Series 7 required or ability to retain within three months of employment.
