Brokerage/Financial Industry-Operations Assistant

We seek an experienced Operations Assistant to support our client servicing and operations practice from our Miami, Florida office. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team & unique personal service.

Position:
•Performing client related activities (including servicing, account openings, wire transfers, journals, issuing checks, reports, ACATs, follow-ups)
•Implementing and executing back office operations
•Support brokers and referral brokers
•General administrative support
•Keeping track of pending issues related to accounts, wires, ACATs etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
•Two (2) years+ experience in the industry, preferably in a major wire house
•Knowledge of all processes of client servicing
•Knowledge of MS office/computer literacy
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Detail oriented / Motivated
•Knowledge of operational support in brokerage industry
