Broker Support Representative

Internal sales support for outside, remote, wholesale/correspondent mortgage representative. Must interface with clients and operations staff to deliver world class service to clients and the AE you support. You must understand complete wholesale mortgage operations to have the ability to solve problems for clients and self manage your workflow. Sales experience would help but is not mandatory.
REQUIREMENTS
--3-5 years related experience as loan processor, originator or support specialist.
--Mortgage product experience, understanding of practices and regulations applicable to mortgage lending a MUST.
--Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload a MUST.
--Bilingual or multi-lingual preferred.
