Broker Dealer Support/Lead Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage a team of business analysts and serve as a project team member or team lead. Interface with the Equity, derivatives operations and complience areas. Demenstrate in depth knowledge of broker-dealer equity funcitions and related compliance and regulatory requirements.
- responsible for leading the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of a clients business requirements.
- Participates in short and long term planning sessions.
- Establishes liaison relationship with business partners.
- Coordinates feasibility studies.
- managers a team of BA's ensuring consistency and quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
- Strong knowledge of technical concepts including relational data bases, work flows and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of compliance as it relates to US Broker/Dealers
- Strong Analytical skills, strong written and oral communications.
- Strong project management/Governance competencies.
- Team player.
