Broker Coordinator

American Mortgage Network (AmNet) is a mortgage banking company that has been formed to serve the needs of the national mortgage broker community.

In this position, you will manage a pipeline of between 90 to 130 loan files, provide outstanding levels of customer service, audit files for accuracy using the checklist as a guide and communicate with third party vendors to obtain condition requirements. You will maintain excellent levels of communication with the Account Executive, Mortgage Broker and the Loan Operations staff to ensure consistent process flows and service levels; perform work within company defined standards; and remain knowledgeable on current policies and procedures. In addition, you will provide prompt and quality service to all clients and employees. You will also obtain/maintain Residential Lending Authorities to allow condition clearing within company guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
Three plus years’ related experience, including processing conventional, government and/or sub-prime single family and multifamily residential loans, is necessary. Ability to perform standard credit and income analysis is required. One plus years’ experience as a Broker Coordinator or Senior Processor or one years’ experience as an Underwriter preferred.
