Branch Support Specialist

Work as focal point for the Sales Team and customers in both pre-sale and post-sale processes to ensure that revenue objectives are met for branch.
*Access various systems such as AVS, BOSS, SOP/DOE, Portal to provide account information to the Sales Team in support of the execution of contracts.
*Compile contract packages, complete and send appropriate paperwork for order entry, track orders through implementation and ensure accuracy of first bill.
*Single Point of Contact for Government and Education customers.
*Participate on conference calls and on-site customer visits with the Sales Team to maintain and/or build relationships and address specific customer concerns.
*Oversee and coordinate all aspects of an implementation as the Project Manager.
*Acts as subject matter expert on specific products focusing on interpretation of existing methods and procedures to ensure processes are followed.
*Coordination of local and regional customer events and seminars. Act as focal point for all communications for corporate sponsored customer events.
*Process manual documentation with compensation administration to ensure quota retirement targets are met and compensation is administered for the branch.
*Process purchase requisition in accounts payable for Cost Of Goods Sold.
*Pro-actively identify contract renewals opportunities for branch and follow up with the Sales Team to ensure execution of contract and attainment of quota retirement value.


*Ability to work without direct supervision.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. *Strong experience handling customer support requests.
*Product knowledge of Long Distance, Centrex, Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM.
*Knowledge and experience with various systems such as BOSS, SOP/DOE, AVS, Portal, CABS, CQI quote system.
