Branch Service Manager

37.5 hours/weekPosition has responsibility for daily branch operations, including supervision of Tellers and Financial Service Reps. Responsible for hiring, firing, reviewing and counseling staff. Reviews work schedules and ensures adequate coverage. Responsible for keeping branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures prepares branch for internal audits. Is familiar with and complies with banking regulations including BSA, USAPA/CIP, AML and other regulatory requirements. Monitors branch service levels and coaches staff to achieve appropriate levels. Responds to more complex customer complaints an questions. Opens and/or closes branch. Communicates and manages promotional campaigns and product initiatives. Is familiar and complies with applicable company policies and all banking regulations including, but not limited to BSA, USA Patriot/CIP requirements, AML and other regulations. Other duties as assigned.Branch Service Manager II, N17 - Typically requires an associates degree and 2+ years branch customer service management or 5+ years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus knowledge of other related fields. Working knowledge of banking industry, products, customer service and supervisory skills.
