REQUIREMENTS
As the Branch Market Manager, you will manage the sales, service, operations and staff of a large-sized branch in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures. You will also oversee & direct employees to ensure excellent customer relations; you will be responsible for business development & the meeting of branch goals and disseminates sales strategies, new products, company goals and/or any other pertinent information. This position requires excellent sales management & coaching skills; excellent verbal & written communication skills; good analytical & problem solving skills and knowledge of all laws & regulations pertaining to Bank Functions. Previous Branch Manager experience a must! We currently have openings in Deerfield, Coconut Creek and East Ft. Lauderdale.
