The day to day responsibilities will include:
-Hiring, mentoring, motivating, and training staff.
-Setting performance requirements and expectations with staff.
-Driving the day to day activities of recruiters and account managers.
-Developing strategic sales and recruiting initiatives -Monitoring financial budgets to ensure financial growth.
-Ensuring operational compliance.
