Branch Manager and Closing Agents

Archer Land Title is looking for a qualified Branch Manager and Closing Agents for our Charlotte, NC Office

Archer Land Title, LLC has an opening for a Branch Manager and Closing Agents in our Charlotte, NC office. Archer Land Title is one of the fastest growing title companies in the nation. We currently have 21 offices in 11 states. We were named by Indianapolis Business Journal as the one of the fastest growing privately held companies 2005. We expect to grow even more this year.



Branch Managers are responsible for the following:

1. Leading, monitoring, and organizing the daily requirements of the office.
2. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the title insurance business, including title and closing/escrow.
3. Manages a team of approximately 15 employees.
4. Coaches, trains, and evaluates all employees.
5. Helps corporate make decisions regarding the need to hire, fire, discipline, and promote employees.
6. Expanding business by marketing our company to increase profitability.
7. Monitor profit and loss statements.
8. Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relations.



Closing Agent's are Responsible for the following:

1. Prepare closing documents.
2. Close loans with customer.
3. Ship and Quality Control packages.
4. Fund loan.
5. Prepare mortgages for recording and track packages.
6. Office duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Branch Manager's Job Requirements for this position are:

1. Must have 5 years experience in the title industry.
2. High School diploma or equivalent. Some continuing education in the title industry a plus.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
4. Ability to stay late hours during busy times.
Keep your team up on productivity.
5. Ability to train others.
6. Familiar with state laws and statues involving title insurance.


Closing Agent's Job Requirements for this position are:

1. Must have 1-2 years experience in the title industry or related field.
2. High School diploma or equivalent. Some continuing education in the title industry a plus.
