BRANCH MANAGER
As a Branch Manager you will lead and manage the sales and service process for the branch while growing profits. You will also develop and cultivate long-term business and consumer relationships, ensuring high retention success. Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years retail and/or sales management experience in an environment that required aggressive sales goals.

MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER
In this role, you will solicit mortgage loans from a variety of referral sources, take complete applications for mortgage loans, quote rates to the customers and follow through to ensure the loan is properly locked. We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years mortgage lending/banking experience plus a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate. Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines is ideal.

PERSONAL BANKER
Our Personal Bankers acquire, retain and expand new and existing customer
relationships by providing a positive new account experience, profiling, assessing customer needs, and recommending and selling appropriate banking products and services. Candidates must be proven, high energy, self-motivated sales professionals who are effective in making outbound sales calls and approaching customers in the lobby. One year sales experience (2-5 years preferred). Must have or be able to obtain the NASD Series 6 and Life Insurance licenses within 60 days of hire.
