Branch Manager - Long Island

We are currently hiring for Branch Managers on Long Island

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintains and monitors the overall quality and consistency of the branch office operations.
2. Assists Loan Officers and Processors in meeting all loan stipulations in strict compliance with Nationstar Mortgage policy and government regulations.
3. Acts as a liaison between the branch office and other Corporate departments to include disseminating all Corporate communications to all branch and satellite employees.
4. Responsible for the training, audit and performance reviews of all branch employees.
5. Ensures that branch pricing and costs are controlled to maintain maximum branch profitability.
6. Responsible for management of all branch production and profitability reports.
7. Maintain production standards per minimum acceptable levels as set by Nationstar Mortgage management.
8. Responsible for making a pre-close call and completing respective pre-close call worksheet for each customer.
9. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Skill Requirements:

* College degree preferred.
*Minimum of 3 years experience in either mortgage loan sales or consumer finance preferred
*Excellent presentation skills
*Strong goal orientation
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Excellent relationship building ability
*Strong communication and time management skills
* Insurance license
