Branch Manager III

The Branch Manager leads and directs all sales/service activities as well as business development to achieve desired results in deposit and customer relationship growth, retention, revenue, market share, and customer/employee satisfaction. Continuously works to lead and coach the branch team to ensure the successful development and performance of all employees in the areas of customer experience, sales goals, and leadership. The Branch Manager is accountable for the acquisition, retention and growth of the branch team. The Branch Manager also works with the Market Manager to coordinate Workplace Banking, Community Development, Small Business Clients, and PNC Investment opportunities.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years leadership and management in a Financial Services/Sales Industry. Knowledge of local centers of influence and established relationships in the community preferred. Must be a proven effective sales leader who achieves sales goals. College degree preferred, but not required.
