The position is responsible for:
>Ensuring operational efficiency within the bank
>Completing complex, high level client transactions
>Increasing branch sales through cross-selling, customer profiling and referral follow-up
>Conducting branch sales meetings, setting goals and monitoring sales related activity
>Managing branch personnel functions including performance appraisals, employee training and resolution of all employee related issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills & Experience:

*Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding personal and group sales goals across a broad range of products
*Management, supervisory and training/coaching experience
*Ability to lead a team and develop team performance through skill development and "leading by example".
*Cash handling and customer service skills.
*Basic computer skills
