American Sterling Bank, a rapidly expanding full service thrift has an opportunity for an experienced Retail Branch Manager to work out of our Carefree, AZ location.

This position will manage the branch operations, which includes Consumer lending and Home Equity lending, as well as teller and personal banker supervision and sales.Job Requirements
Position requires an experienced Retail Branch Manager with a strong consumer lending background, as well as experience in business development.

The Branch Manager will oversee the teller functions, new accounts, cross-selling, administration and supervision of the bank. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.

This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of branch managing and consumer lending experience.
