Branch Manager – Bilingual (English/ Polish)

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Polish Branch Manager for our Chicago branch at Devon and Milwaukee Ave. With an emphasis on sales production and service quality, you’ll be responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of a full-service retail branch office. This will involve providing leadership and direction to your team to achieve sales, service and customer satisfaction goals, while promoting our brand values in support of the Bank’s strategic growth plan. Primary duties involve implementing successful sales strategies; recruiting, training and mentoring team members; and building strong community relationships.


REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience developing, managing and coaching a sales teamCustomer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skillsOne to three years of related experience; banking experience is preferred but not necessary for an otherwise qualified candidateSound decision-making and problem-solving abilities; ability to effectively manage and execute multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be enthusiastic, professional and exhibit initiativeBasic math/numeric skills and proficient computer skillsGenuine interest in community activitiesBilingual in English and PolishCompany Overview:
