You as a Branch Customer Service Representative will -


Process banking transactions quickly and accurately while providing superior customer service in every interaction with customers.

Identify referral opportunities for products that meet customer needs.

Perform all customer service functions in compliance with standard policies and procedures, and security, compliance and audit guidelines.

Retain customers and increase overall customer satisfaction.

Provide support for other branch staff members.
Job Requirements
You and your skills -


High School Diploma or the equivalent

Internally provided training on branch systems, policies/procedures, product knowledge, and customer service

Six months to one year previous experience, related retail experience recommended with excellent customer service skills

General computer knowledge entering and retrieving data from a Windows bases system

Communication skills (written, verbal, telephone), selling skills, and customer service skills
