Primary responsibilities include:


Completing member account adjustments based on weekly reports


Assisting internal customers with billing questions


Refunding members when appropriate


Investigating appeals and grievances


Processing stop-payments as needed


Working with a variety of documentation systems


Job Requirements:

Prior experience in an accounts receivable role is needed, in addition to stellar communication skills. A background in collections or banking is preferred, and call center/customer service experience is a big plus. Computer proficiency is essential.
