Job Description:
Must be Spanish bilingual. In a quality focused team environment, provides total customer support, identifying customer needs. Takes inbound customer calls; responding to customer inquiries in resolving their concerns in regards to video, telephone, and CHSI through troubleshooting effectively, saving the company time and money in unnecessary truck rolls. Also resolves billing inquires on account balances, PPV orders, and phone and H.S.I. charges. Proactively probes for customer interest in other Cox Communications products and where applicable sells and or upgrades customer services; CHSI, Telephone, Digital Cable¿ BCSR handles some CHSI technical issues, employee accounts, and Correctional facilities issues. Uses a telephone and computer. The Bilingual CSR provides customer services to our Spanish-speaking customers 95% of the time.
